Gulf Coast Seafood's Quality Inspection
- Our seafood is purchased from boats we have selected over the years that take extra care in the handling of their fish to maintain only the highest in quality standards such as proper icing, catching methods and time at sea.
- The fish species are inspected by buyers at the docks when unloaded.

Once fish is unloaded and brought into our facilities, it is checked for proper temperature controls and graded.

Our fish is hand cut, never machine cut, and once it comes off the cutting line it is graded once again before being packed.

Our seafood is shipped and delivered to our local accounts within hours from cutting to insure maximum quality standards.

Portion Control
We have a portion program that can meet your needs. The most popular portion sizes are 4oz, 6oz, 8oz and 10oz.
Whole Fish Program
Our whole fish program is extensive from small species like Yellowtail, Red Snapper, and Trout to larger species like Tuna and Sword. And many more species are available.
Fillet and Steak Fish Program
Gulf Coast Seafood specializes in groundfish from New England waters such as Haddock, Scrod, Sole, Monkfish,
